Back by popular demand, Ramen Hero presents a special holiday-inspired ramen pop-up to get you in the mood for Thanksgiving. Join chef and founder Hiro Hasegawa as he blends Japanese and American traditions to create a ramen like you've never tasted before.

Paitan is a thick, rich broth similar to the milky texture of a Tonkotsu ramen that uses turkey instead of pork to create a distinctive flavor. Toppings will include chashu made from sliced turkey breast, minced turkey meat seasoned with cranberries, and mashed potatoes combined with cheese.

No tickets necessary. Just show up and enjoy a bowl of hearty ramen. Regular portions are $13 and large portions for $17. Beverages will also be available, including ice cold Echigo beer from Japan.
